Marina English HS Verna maintain winning streak in 2nd Chowgule Sports Centre U-10 Futsal League

Marina English HS Verna continued their fine form in front of goal as they made light work of St Jude's HS Betalbatim with a resounding 11-0 win. Rizbeen D'costa scored a hatrick with Trance Fernandes getting a brace. Addison Fernandes, Gavin Vaz, Roydon Braganza, Royson Moniz, Terry Fernandes and Man of the Match Snyder D'costa scored one each.

Host YFA Warriors notched up their third victory of the league with an emphatic 6-0 win over  Child Care School Margao. Irwin Faleiro scored a brace for the winners while Isaac Faleiro, Samuel Dsouza, Warren Rodrigues and Man of the Match Mark D'costa scored a goal each.

Regina Martyrum held their nerves to edge out a 4-2 victory against The Kings School. Man of the Match Brac Fernandes scoring a brilliant hatrick to propel his team to victory. Haseeb Mohammed scoring the other. The Kings school fought back bravely from three goals down to make a contest out of the game with two second half goals from Pranay Rivankar and Aloysius Fernandes.

In a repeat of last years finals Loyala HS Margao came from behind twice to beat Perpetual Succour Convent HS by 3-2. Perpetual lead twice through the boots of Taufique Gundar and Sherlock Dias and Liam Pinto brought Loyola back on both occasions. Caiden Rodrigues scored a late winner for Loyala HS. Gareth Da Silva the goalkeeper of Loyolas was the MOTM for his brave performance in goal.

Rosary HS Navelim eased past Bloomz International 8-1. Man of the Match Sam Pereira scored four while Manthan Sazunke scored a hatrick.

Manovikas EMS continued their resurgence in the league as they got the better of a much improved Infant Jesus HS Colva by 4-1. Man of the match Warren D Sa and Keyaan Kuknoor scored a brace each for the winners Whle Sanjay Kathari scored the consolation for IJHS.
