Recruitment scam in Sports Authority of Goa continues

No recruitment rules for last 30 years.
A physical education teacher V M Prabhudessai becomes Executive director (ED) of SAG and Director of Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs thanks to his caste.

Now he has brought in another Bamon Mahendra Audi sans any advertisement, and he is sitting in V M Prabhudessai office.

And Mahendra Audi is saying  he's not SAG employee.
What a big joke it is... Can any Tom Dick and Harry sit in EDs Cabin... or SAG Office... attend National Games Meetings or Coordinate with Associations or... go around with Competition Directors who had arrived from different parts of India... 
It's a govt office
 VM has made SAG a market place

Sports Authority of Goa (SAG) has highly qualified and experienced coaches and staff who had done ..post graduation and graduation in physical education and are active organisers for national and state tournaments for so many years....but SAG are taking people with no experience in sports as project officers and other posts at SAG. No advertisements no interviews... sports minister and VM Prabhudessai is selling this posts to the highest bidders and Events management contracts are bagged left to right by V M Prabhudessai son, while one Mahendra Audi has found his way from August 19 as Project Officer at SAG,

Sports Authority of Goa (SAG) says Sports Secretary has forwarded a note to SAG asking them not to grant permission to coaches to do refereeing,  umpiring and other officiating duties. Reason: In some cases 30 to 40 percent of their time is lost in officiating.
What are the six zonal-in-charges and project officers appointed for different games doing. Got to know that some of them have been appointed with out any interview and no advertisements have been published.
In fact there are no recruitment rules ....all are political appointees barring a few of the 900-odd staff  working at Sag and Directorate of sports and Youth affairs. And the man sitting on the pile of mess is the 'yes man' of the sports ministers for the last 30 years.....the great VM Prabhudessai.
He has served under Dayanand Narvekar, Churchill Alemao, Ramesh Talwadkar and Manohar Azgaonkar......every time crawling when he was asked to bend. And he is party to the loot.
His son's  Events management company got all the contracts for Lusofonia Games and if the 700 crore budgeted National Games take place in Goa then it will be more of a windfall for the Prabhudessai.
